Are you looking for nitro/gas boats or sailboats? There's several saliboat clubs in south Florida-as for nitro/gas, checkout www.racingassociationofmiami.com (RAM). If you're just looking for some places/people to run, checkout the hobby shops as they are your best source for this kind of info.

I live in Sarasota! Used to live in Miami though. Hurricane Andrew sent me packing back in '92. There are lots of boaters in the Miami area. I used to live on SW 56th st. (Miller). There use to be lots of boaters @ Tropical park on the weekends. Loads of boaters!!! Not sure if they run there anymore, being that I have not been there in many years. But I would say it would be a good place to look. If not hit a LHS and see what they have to say.
