I got my law teacher intrested in R/C boating, and he wants to get a sailboat. He is looking for an RTR that has an electric motor for those not so windy days. Anybody know of one? He says around $150 - $200 is a good price.

Graupner used to sell a small DC motor/drive setup like you talked about but I checked the latest Hobby Lobby catalog and it's no longer listed. In your price range you should look at the Megatech Nirvana racing yacht and the ProBoat Sanibel 36 sailboat. They're both listed on the Horizon Hobby Inc. website. In most circumstances you'll have no problem getting the sailboat back to shore, plus the motor/drive setup would likely be very difficult to get inside the confines of these type hulls.
