"Designed for the Losi XXXT and the Associated T4 racing trucks."
I'm thinking their propoganda engine has a misfiring spark plug ;)

It's not a typo, the engine has been designed in anticipation of DuraTrax's new chain-drive nitro conversion. :)

You guys remember those, for the 10T and LXT? We've come a loooong way...

Team Pit Stop baby.. lol.. Are they really releasing a chain conversion??? I know I may sound gullable but after such a long wait for a new GT anything would be cool at this point..

Hmm...I wanna see what those .30's can do. The Collari .30 is a POS, but hopefully these will be better. I'm going to put a new engine in the MGT some time this summer...and right now a Picco .27 is first in line, but if these .30's are reasonably priced and turn out to be good maybe I'll give one a shot.
Oh...and that Revo engine sounds interesting. I'd definately like to see how it compares to the OS .18 TM and TZ, and the new small block Picco .26. That'd be quite the impressive shootout.

Now is this a REAL trinity product, or just a rebadged one like many of their others?

Trinity is only a distributer, so everything they sell is rebadged or re-enginered.Most likely they are sirio based/built engines as they are trinitys top engine.

True story on the chain drive conversion Duratrax made for the LXT.
Adam and I were at the Truck Challenge in Dalton, GA in the early to mid 90's. He was running the LXT with the chain drive conversion for gas and during the main I think it was, the 1/4" layshaft snapped. Talk about old school.

What problems are you having with the Collari .30 becuase I am looking at it and also I do want to think on the performance of teh Revo engines

Funny, I haven't heard of any Revo drivetrains grenading from BB engines, unlike the T-Maxx transmissions...

wonder what the hp is for the drop in revo engine? Also, if these engines are close to just being rebadged, what would the equivalent be for the revo engine? (I havn't heard of a .20 drop in)

I read somewhere, but can't remember where; that Sirio is about to release a .30 So this is only fitting that trinity would rebadge it and say Drake is personally modifying all of them himself.
Does anyone know when the WASP .32 is coming out? I can't seem to find any info on it other than the the RCcaraction mag saying that it is due out soon.

They're Toki based!?!? THat's kinda dissapointing. Sirio isn't toki based, and usually trinity/drake would rebadge a Sirio engine....or not even bother with rebadging it

I can recognise the last engine (.12). Seems like the engine used for Terra Crusher (.18 version) the difference are the black anodized and the crankshaft. Really it's CRAP!

No, because its cheaper (labor wise) to get your products made in other countries

They look a lot like the same case and head that Fantom uses.

Well that .30 is definately not a Sirio based engine, I've got the Sirio and its completely different looking. $285 for a TOKI engine? ouch....
