The world’s foremost Touring Car drivers descended on the town of Eppelheim, Germany to do battle at the prestigious LRP International Touring Car Masters race. With superstars like Marc Rheinard, Atsushi Hara, Masami Hirosaka, Surikarn, Teemu Leino, and David Spashett in the line up. Current World Champion and 2004 Masters Champion, Marc Rheinard, driving his factory Tamiya 415MS, dominated qualifying and set the fastest times using his Team Orion Revolution 12x1 MR Worlds Edition motor fueled by V-Max Plus RDS GP3700 batteries. Marc took the win in two of the three A-finals using the combination of the Revolution V2 motor and GP cells.

Congratulations to the 2005 International Touring Car Master, Marc Rheinard!

Awesome. That 415 really is an incredible car. Oh...and Rheinard isn't a bad driver either. Okay, so he's exceptional. Congrats to Tamiya and Rheinard on the repeat!

Oh...and go Revolution! Those motors rock!

It's good to see Tamiya doing well in racing. So many people started in RC cars with a Tamiya and now they have a nice solid line-up with something for every level of the hobby/sport.

None of the competitors can come close to Tamiya's model legacy and its sweet spot the 415.

I think that he may of been running on the new tamiya concept rear suspension design >> the Pro Module where the upper link and wheel hub are part of the dampening system instead of the conventional design.
