So I'm playing with my new Savage, and reading the manuals etc...The guy that sold it to me gave me the rest of his nitro that he used with it. It's O'Donnell 30%. The manual states specifically to use only 20%.

I'm confused. I've searched for this, and found that other people use fuel greater than 20% too...

Should I, or is it OK to use 30% on a stock Savage 25? If so, what other things does the manual over exagerrate?

Thanks!!

The manual is there for ur benfits, but it does exagerrate alot its all to caution u on wat to and not to do, i have the savage 25 as well and i use 20%, my hobby guy said to use that, 30% seems a lil high but thats just me u could use it but i wouldent, id use 20 25% or so no more, but thats just my opinion

Is a warranty transferable (I bought the truck used...)

Is it safe to run out the half-gallon I have left of the 30%, or should I stop using it immediately and buy the 20%??

I guess I don't fully understand the differences between the percentages and the effects it has on the engines...

I would personally either go for 20% or 25% no higher than this as warrenty can be voided if they want to. 30% is a little on the high side even though they recommend it i would not use it.
If you can get hold of it where you live i would go on O Donnel as this is a much cleaner fuel and i have found it gives a little better performance all round but some people may disagree on this as everyone has there own personnel preferences to which fuel.
