I was out running my boat at a local marina today when i accidently flipped it during a turn when it hit a wave. There was a Queen's University rowing skiff passing right at that point and I asked them if they could flip it over for me. The response that I got from this ignorant !@$!@ *(@#$!@ was "no, we don't have the time to retrieve that, we are out here for exercise and only have a short amount of time." The jerk was 10 feet away from it.
I thought that it was going to sink before I could find a way to retrieve it, luckily the there was enough wave to slowly bring it back to the dock for me. There doesnt appear to be any damage to the electronics except the battery connections are fused together.
These are by far the most ignorant people on the water. They believe that they have exclusive rights to the water system and have on many occassions caused boaters undo grief by not getting out of the boating channel and expecting the boaters to get out of THEIR way by going into the shallow waters where there is not enough depth.
Queen's University students SUCK!!
