could someone tell me the best length for my new tuned pipe? I have a 48" V running a 30cc homie with mild mods ie:water-cooled head, bigger carb, and a liquid cooled exhaust. thanks

I have ordered a prather 15-30cc pipe. I know that length has something to do with performance, I just cant remember what or what length would be best for my application.

pipe lenth depends on what your exhaust port timing is, and what rev range you want the power to be used. The shorter the pipe lenth, the higher up the rev range the power will be, better for top speed. longer pipe lenth, the lower down the rev range the power will be. So its up to you to decide where you want the power, and adjust the pipe lenth to suite your needs.
