Hi, I race a RC10GT on a dirt oval. I was hoping someone could refresh my memory about suspension adjustments and what they do. examples such as push or being too loose and the different adjustments that can be made. Any help would be appreciated....Thanks

hockey rules different springs change stiffness, more spring loaders create more ride height

Push: caused by too little traction in the front end. Either shift weight to the front or raise the rear end a little bit, until you get the desired turning effect.
Loose rear: caused by too much Mexican food. LOL!
Actually a lose rear is caused by too little weight in rear or too far down on the front, or too much lift in the rear.
Most common is the push which can be settled in the manner described or by stiffening the rear springs a little, but I'd try the rear ride height first. Typically a little push is better than too much front traction and spinning all the time.
Or for the simplist just let off the gas a smidge and let the front dive down and then make the turn. It's very hard to get a car to turn good when you have the throttle always cranked. the off throttle will cause a weight shift to the front, hence better turning.
