Hardware setup for Flatbottom hull

I was given a flatbottom hull by a friend of mine. It appears to be a scale model of a late 60s early 70s drag/ski boat. The dimensions of the hull are 35.5" long x 13" wide beam with a 2.5" tall transom. The hull is undrilled. I am looking for someone that might know the manufacturer of the hull so I could find instructions for setting up the hardware or someone who has successfully setup a hull like this before. I am probably going to have to run electric with it so that I can use it at my local lakes that don't allow nitro or gas. Any help that would be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a picture of the hull from the transom. As you can see the hull is not perfectly flat.
