Hi, I'm nilla, and i am 15 years old and I love building models. Here are a few of my custom creations:

This is my '99 silverado. The exterior of the truck features a custom 2tone Dark blue and candy green over a metallic silver base paintjob. the front bumpers and been colormatched and the rear bumper is gone! I have replaced it with a custom made sheetmetal roll pan.
The truck acheived its low slung stance thanks to a simulated hydraulic suspension. The suspension and braking system are fully detailed and chromed out. The truck lays frame on the payment as you can see from the side shot. To accomodate the huge 24 inch chrome wheels, the wheel wells had to be cut from the engine bay. Everything in the engine bay is chromed out or painted.
In the bed of the truck, the old wheel wells and bed floor were cut out and replaced with custom made wheel wells and a step notch cover to accomodate the afforementioned wheels and rear suspension setup.
I upholstered the inside of the bed with a gray carpet Bed Rug. Also in the bed I have a custom painted speaker box equipped with 2 subs, 2 amps, 4 batteries, and 2 hydraulic pumps.
In the cabin of the truck I scrapped the stock seats in favor of new bucket seats that were salvaged from a wrecked shelby cobra model. The interior theme is gray and black. But the dash board and center console have been smoothed and painted in the same blue and green hue as the exterior. Direction changes are made via a steering wheel pulled straight out of an R 32 skyline.

What do y'all think?

Very sharp -- custom trucks aren't exactly my cup of tea, but I respect craftsmanship like that on any vehicle. You list a bunch of kit-bashed parts -- do you ever make your own parts, or buy resin pieces from suppliers?

Have you ever applied any of your techniques to die-cast, or do you stick with plastic stuff because its more workable and less expensive?
