Help needed with ducted fan electronics

I'm working on a vertical lift ducted fan model (basically a triangle with a ducted fan at each tip). I need expert help on using piezo gyros and speed controllers to control the three fans in order to obtain a balanced hover. At present, my model hovers for a moment then pitches up and over. My fans are powered by 12 volt dc on an umbilical. Once I obtain a controlled hover, I'll worry about cutting the umbilical.

You could ask the guys on the helicopter board. They usually deal more with the gyros from what I have seen(all heli's seem to have them). They might be able to help. I personally only know that they are beyond me at this point, but won't be in the future.
