Hi guys,
still practising in painting bodies i still have one problem.
Maybe you can help.
If i like to make black or dark shadows in a very bright area, for example black shadows in a white area, i still habe the problem that the dark colour is overspraying, looks like a marble effect.
What can i do ??
Pleas help me

what you are seeing is static electricity attracting the really fine paint particles. To remedy this, put down a very light mist coat of white in the areas where this is being a problem. Then go ahead and paint the black or whatever.
Be sure the white mist coat is not in the same place the shadows will be. The purpose of this is to cancel the static, not to provide any coverage at all.

I use Spaz Stix Pre-prep to over come this same over spray problem. It works great for both Spaz Stix and Faskolor.

Spray a med coat on the body before you paint. It will get rid of any oils on the body. I spray some each time I remove some liquid mask where shadowing or a fade will be done. Faskoat is for sealing after you paint, mostly to seal and water proof the Faskolor paints.

src,
I think if you used a light mist of fascoat it would work fine.

Thanks, i´ve got it,
Leadfoot is right, with a thin coat of FASKOAT it works perfect without braking the brightness of the colours.
I am really glad to be here !!
