MIP Revo CVD's

I am having difficulty installing front and rear MIP CVD's on my Traxxas Revo. Apparently their too short and do not thoroughly enter the outdrive shafts. Can anyone help me? The MIP CVD instructions state that installation should not require any modifications. Perhaps I'm supposed to reuse portions of the stock universal drive shafts so that the length of the MIP unit is long enough. Does anyone have any info regarding this issue?

Call MIP they'll replace them.They must be going broke by now since the only part that they have made for the revo that was the right size are the golden shock shafts.

Does MIP have a history of making inaccurate parts for the REVO?
I thought MIP was a pretty reputable aftermarket/hop-up part manufacturer.

^^ he said it best, Ive heard "rumors" that the pushrods and turnbukles are slightly short as well.

I purchased a set of MIP shock bodies for my Revo. Inside diameter is too big for pistons supplied by Traxxas. I called them up and filed complaint. Send them in for replacement and got new set just this week.

Same damn problem. Quality control is non-existant at MIP.

Should have gotten the TRX units from the getgo.
