I seam to have a problem with finding a ignitor to start a AP wasp .061 engine sence the glow plug sets so low in the head they say a .049 clip woint work and my dubro kwik start will not work what kind will work even holding the ignitor as i flip the prop does no good there has to be one that will work any ideas :mad:

Hi,
I bought a pair of large alligator clips from Radio Shack, along with some #22 wire. Using this stuff I made a pair of leads that clip onto the tip of the glow head, and the exhaust pipe or muffler. I am fond of taping several "D" cell batteries into a pack wired for 1.5 volts, so I attached my leads to these. Nice hot starts every time, and no burned out plugs.
