Need ur help and opinion

ok my antenna broke on my savage i have a JR racing r125 i got the other antenna at my lhs but its not the long wire its called the black cat or cap its only about 2 inches long is this worth it and they allso said to run it with out a fail safe witch will cause reception problems if so is this true im runing the venom temp/failsafe should i run it with it or with out it and have u guys ever done this antenna thing if so can u give me some info about it

I dont know about that antenae wire. I would send the reciever to JR or at least get the wire from them. Not too sure what hobby shop would claim, that a fail-safe would cause recep. probs., but they must be smokin something.

yea prolly smoking something good but i dont have time to send them the RX back and wait for a new one but do u know were i can get a replacment antenna

thanks guys for the help i found what i needed thanks to ur repliys is there a certain lenght the antenna wire needs to be

prob somewhere around 20 inches. It really depends on your frequency.
