Hey guys i got my pede yesterday it is BIG i love it well because i had a hard time screwing in the screws in the darn output yokes even thought they included a tool to install them its was still hard but the WORST was the steering links trying to get those damn things on the rods took me 2 hours for 4!!! and i REALLY felt stupid when i found out that the threads arent always turning right on those suckers the total amount of time it took me ...well i took a few breaks ....... about 7 hours. man i know its my 3rd kit but 7 hours!!!! man i built my TLO1 in 2. well ill have pics up once i get back from my brothers house ( sunday or monday).

:D
about the same thing happen to me too, bullfrog.
I bought rtr pede, and after couple days, i read somewhere in the forum that it's a good thing to disassemble and build it again so then you'll understand the mechanic of the car better. well... I did it, although I spend less time than you did, still it tested my patience.. :D
but yes it's a learning experience for me.

you need a metal gear servo and a new servo-saver before that thing can ever see a race track, or anything of that matter :-)

Bullfrog, try the Cirrus CS-80. It has metal gears, ball bearings, 130 ounces of torque, and is only 23.99$
