Has anyone built the Robbe W3 police boat and had problems with bad listing over when turning?

I built the boat about 3 months ago and used the recommended Robbe motor/props kit but whenever I try to turn left or right even at a moderate speed, the boat leans outward from the turn to such and extent that the rear deck is only a fraction above water and it is not a pretty sight.

I have tried all the usual remedies, eg:more ballast/less ballast, moved batteries forward & back, fact is without any additional ballast it sits dead on the plan waterline!

I am now thinking of trying a pair of trim tabs controlled by steering servo channel or maybe even installing a Gyrostabilizer inside.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be most grateful

To counteract the list when turning I attached lead weights on the inside of the bulkheads at the middle of the boat. The secret is to attach them about an inch from the bottom of the boat on each side. I used the weights that you can get for pinewood derby cars. they come in strips about six inches long and about 1/2 inch wide. I used 2 on each side. The boat still lists a little but only in really sharp high speed turns. Hope this helps. :)
