To much diffrintal slip

Hi I am new to R/C raceing I have the Associated TC4 RTR and I have a problem with the front Diffrintail it slips to much the Front is just along for the ride How do you ajust it. I still running the stock tires what are good foam tires I should run.

are you running the stock motor? you may have blew out your diff.

my guess is you blew out one of the gears?
