Is anyone besides me having a problem getting your order from CRC. I ordered some hop up part for my TC4 in April and keep getting the run around from them. First it would be 4 weeks then after 2 months or so I Emailed them and they said it would be a little longer a machine went down and they had a backlog, then they where to ship on August 19th and I ask that they inform me if they could not ship on that date no word from them. I will not do any future business with this company and will discourage other from doing business with them.

I've placed one order with them but it was quite a while ago (summer '03). I haven't heard anybody else having probs.
I hope you get your stuff, the wait is ridiculous.

Yah, I'm really surprised by that! I've ordered a few things from them for my carpet knife 3.2r, and I've never had problems like that! I also hope you get your stuff! Keep emailing and calling every once in a while until you do! If their machine went down they could have lost track of your order!

I emailed CRC to cancel the order. I did this because they did not inform me that it would not ship on the new date as I had asked them to do. I guess that my small order did not matter much to them. I will not do business with them again and would tell anyone to do the same. I do not think they worked in good faith.

I once tried ordering a motor from them. I got the same thing. First it was this date, then it was going to be delayed, then delayed again. Ended up cancelling and ordering somewhere else. I've not even been to their site since.

I ordered some 1/12th front end parts and got them like 2-3 days later.
I had a good experience with them.
It sounds like they might have a backorder informing issue.
Also one thing I learned about ordering product through the mail, is the package carrier (whether it is UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS) tend to screw things up moreso than the person who sent out the package. I ordered something online, and did not recieve the package. So after a month or so I got into a big paypal dispute and was eventually reimbursed about 75% through paypal services. Here low and behold like 2 months later the package was delivered. I guess UPS delivered it to the company next door to my office. Somebody was nice enough to drop it off to me.
So morale of the story is you gotta blame the carriers vs the sender sometimes, lol
