Why no Dean's Plugs?

Why don't the high end ESC's such as the Novak brushless systems come standard with a dean's plug? Wouldn't that make more sense? I'm assuming the new GTB System comes with a Tamiya plug as well, right?

Some highend ESC's used to come with no plugs at all, since there's no "Universal" High-end plug out there. Tamiya (JST) just has been the cheap, universal plug for over 20 years now. There's too many highend connectors to choose from.
