I had a massive man-made pond/lake where I run my boat, and I manage to hit one of the only 2 bouys in the dang thing. Anyways, I broke my rudder mount on my Ms. Llumar. I found Horizon Hobbies, but they are on back-order until Oct. Where else can I find one?

Oh yeah, and I'm getting tired of swimming out into the water to get this dang thing.

Get yourself one of those Zig-Zag racer kits . I picked one up for $100.00 Cad. , complete , ready to run . I use it as a rescue boat for my 1/8 Miss Bud. and it works handily . Install the bumper that comes with it , makes life easier . The battery life is good for at least 2 rescues , if you don't muck around too much trying to get lined up at the back to push it .

So no one else has had to buy replacement parts for the Proboats Hydros? there has to be something out there.

Yeah, the Zig-Zag sounds like a great idea, I may invest in that.

If Horizon is backordered, you are probably stuck. I know around here I might be able to call around to some places & see if they have any in stock, but not sure how you could do it there in the U.K. If you were here in the states another idea might be to go to the Horizon area at the Chicago RC show (Rosemont) Which is Oct5-7 this year. Maybe one of us here can get this & put it in the post for you. If you go to this link, see if they will send it to you overseas (if the Bud & Llumar are the same). I know these guys & they do international shipping. http://www.rlhobbies.com/cart/prod_detail.php?prodid=PRB2221

It looks like they are using the same rudder on their new airboat so I don't know why ProBoat is having trouble keeping parts in stock.
