I recently purchased a Northeast Sailplane ARC called the "Rebel". In the ad it said the plane came with a full hardware pack. The statement reads"A full hardware pack is provided with this ARC kit, including a very nicely made and formed landing gear and wheels". Now, I may be wrong but most other manufacturers include a gas tank, control rods, clevises, control horns, engine mounting hardware, etc. of which I did not receive and was told by a representative of Northeast, and I quote,"Thats the way we receive it." Is there anyone else who agrees or disagrees. I would like to here from you.

I dont believe any ad, advertising isnt about telling the truth,...............it's about selling the product.

And I believe that that is the "way they received it", but the people who wrote up the ad, probably arent the people who manufactured the kit and they may not have a good knowlege of just what IS in the kit. And by the time they translated the instructions, literature, ect, it could very well state the content incorrectly.

In fact, Im seeing more & more product descriptions that are clearly wrote by someone who has no idea what he is talking about.
Oh, and instruction manuals that are useless unless you dont happen to have a brain. :D

WOW you hit that right on the head Oh you forgot one thing support oh yes buy something and call the manufactured or dealer and try to find info or just ask them a simple question see were it takes you. And your right about manuals wait tell one comes in chinese and try to figger it out i received a ARF plane one time thats the way the manual came not to be a arce hehehe i think that every item sold should have a readable on line or hobby shop manual you can see before that product is sold a lot of newbies would love to build a arf or stick build if there was a readable work sheet you could understand your right Misleading Product Ads like was told they got your bucks now its you problem
