Gearing?????

I did do a search and I didnt find anything about 14/49 combo. I take it on the Savage with K4.6 and this gear combo it'll be prone to seriously low end power and no top end speed? Or should I install the 52 tooth spur gear and run 15/52 or 14/52?

15/52 is i believe stock gearing on the rtr 25,i ran 49 with a 13 with the 25 motor,it made a big difference,next with the wasp 28 i ran 14/49,still crazy,with my collari now i run 49/17 still unbelieveable power,wheelies steady,and i run those 23mm rims with big joes on them,still nuts

Nope 15/49 is stock with 18 as option CB.

K4.6 stock is 17/47 with optional 17/49. Take advantage of that big block power and torque!

i wouldn't go any lower than a 15T with the K4.6. a 16T should give you more than enough low end torque while still keeping good top end. i have a picco .26 in my savage and i run 16/48. got plenty of low and top end.
