Ok so after a fair amount of thinking and talking with people I am sure I will get the Revo. I have owned several rc cars and trucks in the past both gas and electric. Just one question with the Revo and I'm sure I know the answer, you can give this thing a good tall ride height right. I've never actually seen one sit up like a monster. I always see them more like a stadium truck.

yes. they come with long travel rockers you can put on to give even more clearance and make it a better basher. you'll sacrifice cornering of course, but you'll have tons of suspension travel.

That's what I thought. And I know that a few aftermarket companies are making some nice rockers. This is my comming back to rc. I just finished college and have the time to do this again and i want to come back strong

me too. just finished up my undergrad electrical engineering degree. yeah, there's several companies that make alluminum and then Hardcore Racing makes some sweet titanium ones. i'm not going to change mine to metal until the plastic ones break.

The long travel rockers will increase the wheel travel, not the ride height. If you want it to set higher at rest, you need to change the push rods out for longer ones.
