Radio Tags..............

I have a MX-3 Radio and the crystal tag on the reciever has broken off 2 where I can only remove it with a pair of pliers. My question is, does anybody know if I could find replacement tag for the crystal.

Wrap a piece of duct tape on it, write the channel number on it, and be done with it. That would be my solution.
