synthesized receiver trouble

has anybody had a novak synthesized receiver go bad.it has been thru the normal abuse of wrecks and so on.but now my truck just shuts down from time to time but i am still getting power to the esc.no steering or throttle just the light on the esc then after 30 seconds or so everthing works again.any help needed should i look at the receiver or the transmitter (an m8 with a novak synthesized modual).i never had this kind of a glitch before thanks

i had the same problems before but it isnt the receiver. i thought so too. i am geussing you have a novak speed control. just set it back up again with onetouch. it should fix yuor problem. one of my duallies needs to be set up all the time becuase of this. but after we set it up it works for like 4 weeks no prob

I just put in a remanufactured gt7 thinking that the esc was problem because this started happening with my 4 year old super rooster 3 weeks ago & now is doing the same thing with the new gt7.as for the tx batteries brand new & still kicking 11.6 volts on my m8,any other suggestions
