I recently bought three AeroAce planes: one for my wife to fly and two for Christmas presents. The charger connection on my wife's plane would not work, so I checked the other two planes and they have the same problem. I have two older AeroAce planes and all three new planes will charge off the two old chargers, but neither the new planes nor the old ones will charge off the three new chargers, which leads me to conclude that they are defective. If I wiggle the connector on the new chargers, the charge light will flicker a little, so I presume that the connector is the source of the problem.
If anyone bought an AeroAce and plans to give it as a present, I suggest that you first check to make sure that its charger works properly. Its a great little plane; too bad that the quality control seems to have let a number of defective units onto the market.
