What's the cheapest I could get a reasonably valued(quality too) indoor heli? I've never flown before, and I just want one to mess around with. :D

Try www.hobby-lobby.com , they have numerous economical kits or r.t.f.
I have a Honey Bee II and Piccolo fun. Very economical if you break it, they stock most parts and if you look at the gift page, theres a code @ bottom for free shipping. I have ordered 2 helicopters and 2 planes from them in last 2 weeks and delivery has been excellent so far. Order by 3 PM, ships same day. Smitty

There is a Global EvoFlight Sabre RTF package that sells for $149 that is supposed to be pretty good. Venom R/C has a new RTF package out for $149 called the Night Ranger II. Both are available through Tower Hobbies. The E-Flight Blade CX 'copter with dual rotor blades is supposed to be very easy to fly, but it will typically run in the $180 to $190 range. Horizon Hobby stocks the Megatech Hopper Fly, another dual rotor ready-to-fly package. At $105, it looks like a bargain, but given Megatech's reputation, I'd be inclined to spend the extra $40 if I were you.

I bought a Blade CP 2 days ago. I have NEVER flown an RC Heli before. I have the basic concept down so I figured I would give it a shot and WOW what a blast this thing is. I am slowly learning to hover which has been quite a challenge but I like a good challenge. I have slapped it on the ground a couple of times. The heli seems pretty durable. Based on my short experience I am a n00b and I like my Blade CP.
