These look pretty good. Most of them are the same as the new Hyperion batteries:

The best thing is that according to discharge graphs, the Impulse (Hyperion) 2100mah performs VERY similarly to the TP Prolite 2100mah (15C). They even have similar sizes and weights, with the difference being that Impulse (Hyperion) has a thin layer of foam around the pack, and the TP doesn't. My favorite part: The Impulse costs $10 (or $12 from Todd's Models) less for a 7.4v pack than the TP does!:

What do you guys think?

For the price, they look good! The 2100 11.1 volt packs look like a good bang for the buck deal too. Nice find.:D (hobby people is also selling mtroniks stuff too, but jamie sells em for cheaper in combos I think...:D)

It looks like the TP cells are now being sold under other brand names. This will get interesting...

I have a couple other new lipos to check out also:

New 4000mah cells at maxamps.com $85 for a 2s pack... and they are a good fit. 44x132x13

The 8000 pack would be a good pack to keep weight closer to nimh... great for practice or racing, imo. It would be 3mm thicker than a nimh pack.

And a new brand that looks pretty good at a great proce... way cheaper than name brands. They don't have a good "car size" yet and 2100mah is the largest cell. But they appear to be pretty good cells up to 10C... good esp. for larger packs. (some brands are good for 15C+)

Only $37 for a 3s 2100mah pack. (The best name brand 3s2100s go for $60-80)
