After an unsucessfull attempt at trying to go 4wd on my rusty with an evx and titans, i've got back to my 2wd brushless, a schulze 18.97kwf and feigao 540-8s
However I cant remember how i programed the thing, and i'm having trouble making heads or tales of the pdf at the schulze website. It will powerup and my steering servo works as it should, but I'm not hearing the final beep that signal's that its armed.
Any help would be apreaciated.

I don't know if the switches are the same for an "S" can as an "L" or "xL" can, but if it is and you're using a feigao motor, the switches from left to right are 1,2 and 3 "on" and 4,5 and 6 "off". Usually the final beep occurs when the controller is receiving a signal from your radio gear, so I'm not sure if the problem is in the switches. I hope this helps.

I moved the switches and there is no change. I know its recieving, the steering servo is working fine.

So I guess you are using an external bec circuit or receiver pack if the steering is responsive. I would try testing the receiver first to see if the throttle jack is working (just unplug the speedo and move the steering plug into its slot in the receiver). If you can move the steering servo with the throttle on your transmitter then you know that the problem isn't with the receiver. Also check to make sure that the wires from the controller to the receiver aren't damaged as well as the plug (and make sure the plug is in correctly with the brown wire on the outside). I hope this helps.

the servo test worked fine, receiver not the problem, and i've put the plug from the speedo in every which way but to no avail. I'm wondering if after months of non-use that its now become a paperweight.

Have you tried reversing the throttle channel on the transmitter? Are the endpoints (if applicable) set to 100%?

Also, do you have your transmitter set to 50/50 throttle/ brake? That controller could give you problems if it is set to 70/30. I would hate to see you not get any use out of that controller. I have 2 of them and love them both. The only thing I don't like about it is the delay on reverse. Other than that, it's pretty solid. If you still are having problems with it though, I would advise trying to send it out to get repaired. IMO spending a little money on repair compared to the cost of initial investment would have to be worth while even if it takes a while to get it back.

Things on the radio end seem fine. I was using the same recieiver and radio when I was running the titans and evx. I have had trouble with the motor wires not staying connected, could that be the issue here, the motor wires not having a good connection?
