I emailed hacker and I go no respons so I'm asking what kind of hacker brushless combo should I use for 1/8 buggy.

Don't go with Hacker, there are much cheaper motors and controllers that will perform just as well. I use a Feigao 540C 9L and Mtroniks Truck controller in my 1/8 buggy. This setup is good for 12 cells or 4s Lipo, and is pretty inexpensive (yet performs awesomely). Here are the parts:
