Can anyone help me in selecting the correct three-blade prop for my OS 91 four stroke? I'm currently using a 14x8 "standard" prop, and would like to convert to three-blade... Thanks.

Hey, the standard advice I have heard for years is to go down in size by 1 inch. Pitch can stay the same but some say that since more blades are less efficient, that you should increase pitch by one. So with this logic, switching from a 14x8 you would use a 13x9.
I have flown the Hangar 9 Mustang PTS that comes with a 10x8 3-blade prop on its .46engine. flies great

Thanks... That's exactly what I ended up doing, and it has worked out perfectly.

excellent! Glad you had success. Question. Why did you use the 3-blade? Looks? Ground clearance?
