Alrite, i jsut installed my foc kit in my older t-maxx...so i install it and it only goes in reverse ?? how can this be fixed ?? driving me nuts !!! its installed correctly but when i turn the spur gear it goes in reverse...and if i spin the other way...it goes freely any help ??

as a last resort you could flip your diffs so they turn the wheels in the other direction
but wait for someone else to post an idea cuz this might wreck something im not good with maxxes

have u driven it yet or just played with the flywheel? if u havent driven it then do so... i cant remember 100% but i think mine did the exact same....

Hate to break the news, but when I turn my spur, my truck goes forward. You can't put the FOC in backwards, the gears won't go together.
Somewhere in the past, you must have had the diffs out and put them in backwards, you had to flip both of them to make it work this way, but with the FOC, trans will only xmit power turning one direction.
Easy enough to tell. looking at he truck from the rear, the screws in the rear diff should be on the right hand side and the screws in the front diff will be on the left hand side. Easy enough to fix.
