I am looking at getting into R/C trucks and was debating whether an LST2 would be a good choice for a beginner. I have no experience w/R/C but am very mechanically inclined. Looking for something to tinker around with at first with the possibilities of expanding for racing in the near future once I learn a little more about the truck. My wife bought me a VEX robotics kit for X-mas but I wanted to get into R/C and have been reading the forums and such.
Any opinions as to whether this is good to learn with or are there other better trucks to learn on? i have also looked at Savage SS Kit but feel like it would end up costing me more for a similarly spec'd vehicle once I added radio and other goodies. Thanks for the input! :)
