Do you get fasttrax parts in the US? If so their stuff works nice, I've never had something stuck down with it come off (actually I cracked a S3003 case prying it off a chassis once).

Velcro is great, but can come unstuck a lot easier. Each to their own though I guess.

I have tried them all and found that velcro works the best and also when it comes time to clean you can remove all your electrics easer and then scrub and spray it down.

are you saying that you affix your servo with velcro?

Velcro is convenient, but sometimes, it just never holds for me, so I use BRP double sided tape. So far so good. With my HV Maxx, I use the tape/gel that came with it though, and that works really well too.

Even the best servo tape is complimented by some alcohol towelettes.

I use velco for receavers...

...But cant see it working for servos thb.

Personaly i always mount my servos with nut/bolt using a suitable servo post/mount.
- I just havnt had much success with tape, it always seams to fail, and usually midrace.

i have sucessfully used hot melt glue to afix servos but i wouldnt rely on tape unless is was very strong.

Yeah, ive also used hotglue for receavers, and wires, and unsucessfully for a servo. (ill try anything once)

The servo in my T3 is held down by tape fine, and has been for 2-3 months. I use tape in my TC3 as well, works a treat. Wouldn't risk it with bigger tyres though or in a heavy car.

Servos are bolted down (literally), but velcro for the receiver has worked just fine for me. Easy removal, and easy to put back on. The only time I use it to mount anything else is when the velcro's main purpose is to keep the item from sliding around, and a zip tie holds the item down.
