I am thinking of getting either a HPI Savage 21 or an MT2. I like the savage more but I don't need an all terrain truck and it costs a lot more. I will drive it more on road and sometimes on grass. What dou you think I should get?

Sounds like the MT2 would suit your needs just fine. Personally, I think Monster trucks suck on road, but the MT2 wouldn't be too bad.

The NMT2 would be awesome onroad and able to take the short grass. I love stadium trucks and dont think I will ever buy a monster truck, but thats just my preferance. From what you described the NMT2 would be a good choice for you.

MT2's are awesome! You won't believe the following they have!

You can build the whole truck out of aluminum and titanium if you wish. But let me tell you from experience....

Switch the chassis to an www.f4iracing.com titanium one and get the upper chassis plate to. Then change the C-clips and hubs to aluminum, switch the dogbones to cvd style and add hardened drive cups all around and you will have a truck that is impossible to break! Trust me I have tried. Sure the savage is a great truck and damn tough but the MT2 is just as fun and costs less to run and hop-up.
