i already have this on the nitro forum because i didnt know there as a forum just for this, but still any help would be appreciated, i have an airtronics 94102z servo and it was making a strange clicking noice so i try to take it apart and then the top case part pops off and some gears fall out and i have noidea how they go back in, i think i have the basic idea because of the grese marks in certain sizes, but i just cant get it to work right, can anybody help me here?

Hi apollo,
what has happened to you is quite common among us and to tell you how to get the gears back to place in a message is not possible.
However you have to follow the logic of the mechanism and put the things back to their place as it was a puzzle. The good news is that there is just one single gear combination that ables you to close the top case cover.
The gears sequence has been designed to reduce the motor revolutions and increase the torque so that, starting from the motor gear, you have have to find the right position of the others according to this concept.
Do not forget to claen the gears and the pins and to grease them again before assembling.
Good luck and regards,
Franco
