hey guys my first post and first boat shockwave 36 looks awsome
i haerd about fitting STRATS on the hull to make it handle better
any one heard of this? and can you give me a detailed description
on how to make & fit them i believe there strips of wood ?? ALSO any
other help regarding boating would be appreciated thanks :D

I think you mean STRAKES? These are the ribbed (for your boating pleasure) thingies on the bottom, that run the length of the hull (or are often shorter). Strakes allow the hull more "grip" when turning. You can make some out of triangular section strips off wood from your local hobby shop. Trim & sand 'em to fit, seal them with thinned epoxy, then epoxy glue them to your hull bottom. Make sure they're well shaped and fitted before you glue!
