Will Savage X Upgrades fit on Savage SS?

It's been a while since I've done any rc'ing and I saw the new savage x. Do any of you know if the easy access tranny/diffs, nylon rollbar, and radio box will fit the savage ss?

Also which engine is better, HPI 4.6 or the new one in the Savage X?

I am guessing that everything is going to be compatable with the Savage X and all of the other Savages. The K4.6 engine is going to have more power than the engine that come with the Savage X which I think is the .25.

If you're wanting to upgrade the 4.6SS engine, look at the 4.6HO engione tha tcomes in the Hellfire, its supposed to be a "high output" version of the 4.6SS engine. I've seen a few on Ebay, new. Might want to wait a while, they are still kinda pricey. If you can't wait, another to consider is the 27Picco, its a screamer for about $175.
