Flex-Drive Size

I measured this flex-drive cable and it's a hair under 5mm. I bought an Octura .130 and it didn't fit. The flex cable runs through a precision-in-perfection dual rudder. I don't have a caliper, so I'm not sure what size coupler I need. Will a .150 fit? The biggest I've found is .187, will that do it?

At just under 5mm and checking PiPs webpage I would guess that it is a 3/16 (4.75mm) flex. This is .187, next size upp is 1/4 (.250).
