? about metal spur gear.

Well im running RR for the savage.. And im allwasy seeming to burn up slipper pads or shoes.. Does the metal spur get hotter then the plastic and burn it up.. And the same with the shoes to.. Just woundering.. Jsut let me know what u think about it

I would guess that the slipper is set too loosely. Try tightening it up if it is the stock equipment.Robinson Racing Products makes slippers for several vehicles. See if they make one for the Sav and get it if so.

well i looked into it Savage-central no longer carries RR and tower didnt have the slipper for it. Maybe u guys can find it

I just looked at RRPs website...it doesn't appear that they have one available...sorry.Dunno what else to suggest.
