Hello All

I have a manual for a Chrysler Twin Propulsion Tug. This was a twin pontoon tug used during the second WW. It was intended to be shipped in boxes and assembled on site.

I have the 47 page assembley manual and photos which are quite comprrehensive but htere is not one piece of information as to the size of this tug.

It is a flat top machine. A throttle tower on either side of the Tug with the stearing tower in the middle.

A most ugly machine but needs to be modelled.

Does any one out htere have iny information on this machine.

This is my first post and I hope to attach a photo from the manual.

If any one can supply authentic dimentions I will send a Cd of the manual.

Thanks in advance.

John,
I can't help you but would be very interested in how your 'tug' comes along. I can't imagine what the thing looks like but I'll bet it would be unusual!
Good luck...

Yes it is unusual. I know this is strange but it only scans as a PDF file.

If I use a BIN file it is too big for forums and when I resize it, it is not a clear picture.

This forum does not seem to let me upload PDF files.

The manual came from a mate of mine after his father died. My mate did not know he had this manual until after he passed away. Our efforts at channeling have been unsuccessful.

...oh my. It is unusual... and ugly. But one of those things that's so unusual and ugly you just have to have one! (sort of like a Volkswagon "Thing") I think my lastest prodject just got put on the shelf for awhile.

Hello All

Doc has taken my PDF files and converted them to JPG.

So here they are....I hope.

Any one who sends me worthwhile information I will sent them a cd of the manual.

I believe in sharing information.
