New to R/C... need advice...

I'm looking to buy a MT RTR w/in this week. Was wondering what I should get. I'm stuck between the SavageX and the Revo. What do you experts think I should get?

You really can't go wrong with either of them. They're both great trucks and your not going to get a definitive answer as to which is better. Just pick the one you like. If you have any other questions we're here to help out, and welcome to R/C.

I have a Savage and love it. I haven't had any other nitro MT's so I can't really compare it to another. But it is a very tough truck for sure. I have the 4.6ss kit and the engine is very powerful for being stock. It is a wonderful basher and I haven't had very many problems with it. Many people will say that it is hard to work on, but I don't think it is, I just got used to it and now when I have to take something off it doesn't take too long because I know what I am doing now.

what do you plan to do with it... race or bash??? or both?

race someday... but in the meantime, mostly bashing. i saw a couple vids on the revo and it looks pretty impressive (suspension wise). any links on vids for both savage/revo?

the savage is pretty good for the prce. take a hard look at it. consider the mgt or lst too
