I was lookin around on the Traxxas web site and saw that the have the resonator pipe for the Revo, Jato, Nitro Rustler, and Nitro 4-tec. Why in the world don't the make one for the T-Maxx? Especially if you can get one for the Nitro Rustler. The T-Maxx is still Really popular, I don't get it? I did see on another thread that you could put the one for the Revo on the T-Maxx but that seems like it would fit kinda goofy.

There are plenty of other good pipes out there for the T-Maxx. Traxxas has one for crying out loud. The Resonator isn't different for all of those vehicles...they made it fit the Jato and the Revo and it just happened to fit some of their older vehicles as well, that's all. Traxxas isn't coming out with any more T-Maxx hop-ups, ever. If you want my suggestion for a 2.5 T-Maxx exhaust, get this. (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXFWE9&P=ML)

The fantom pipe is another good pipe for a Tmaxx (it is made for the Tmaxx) and the Sirio Big Bore pipe works as well. The Big Bore pipe doesn't look as nice as either the Fantom ot THS, but it works as well and/or better as the rest. The plus side of the Sirio is it seems to work great on the 18s as well. I've used one on a 2.5, a fantom FR18 and tomorrow it will start being used on a new OS 18TM.

No body has ever tested any pipes that I've seen to see just what they do and don't do, like in a dyno shoot out on the same engine. Seems no one wants to step up to the plate and do a after market "pipe shoot out" for the 2.5 or 18TM, any one of the really popular motors out there. I think it would be an interesting read, bound to be some surprises and some disappointments.

I got the ths pipe for my tmaxx and broke two headers on the pipe. I liked the performance improvement of the pipe, but it kept breaking the header

I was thinking about getting the os 18 tm engine for my tmaxx. Please let me know how you like it, is it a lot more powerful than the 2.5. Did you also upgrade your axles and transmission

Do they make one for the t-maxx. Cause I want a new pipe that will fit on the chassis well and mate with the header good. And, I was looking at the Tsais exhaust. Their rear exhaust looks really cool but does anyone know how they perform? And also, what about Imex. I saw that they make some pipes for the t-maxx, are they any good?

I have heard the dual pipes for the tmaxx make tuning a nightmare, but don't know from experience. The ths pipe is supposed to be good, but I had this pipe and broke two headers on it b/c it is too close to the shock screw. I now have the traxxas blue tuned pipe and this pipe is pretty good

imex should really stick with tires, their pipes suck
