Hi guys, can anyone help me pleeeeeease.
I have a problem with my TNX and the problem is when i try to start it the
starter and the engine kicks over a few times and then it just seems to go to nothing at all. I have replaced the complete starter box unit, one way bearing, bushes etc. If someone can shed some light on this topic it would be much appreciated.

When you say goes to nothing do you mean the engine just stops turning over or the starter just spins? If the engine stops turning over it can be one of three things.
1) If the engine is locking up you're hydro locked. Disconnect the fuel line and take the plug out. Turn over the truck and let any fuel drip out of the engine then turn it right side up and run the starter for 3-5 seconds to get any remaining fuel out. Reconnect your plug to the plug wire and hold it against the engine while running the starter for a second or two. This will clear any unburnt fuel from the plug. Reconnect the fuel line and put the plug back in and fire it up.
2) If it only turns over a few times then spins the one-way bearing has some oil/grease in it. Even though it's new you still might have some grease from the starter gears in it. Take it out and clean it with some carb cleaner.
3) The starter motor has gone bad. It's possible that the starter motor has a flat spot on it or that the bushings have worn out. You can find new starter motors on ebay for 10-20 bucks.

This is a little more obvious than all the above suggestions, but have to changed the glowplug, and made sure your igniter is fully charged? Also, make sure fuel is actually getting into an engine, you could have an air leak in the tank, check to see if there is fuel running through your line into the carb while you're turning the engine over.
