My friend keeps breaking the A-arms on his LST (1). Does anyone else have this problem? Also what would you recommend instead of the stock ones, Aluminum or the RPM ones?

RPM all the way... The stock arms are weak.

RPM arms is the way to go. I broke front A-arms with the slightest bump. Put RPM arms on and they may be the toughest part of the truck. Get an RPM head protector while you're at it. Those things are great too.

You could also get LST2 arms.

LST2 arms would work, but you'd have to shim the hell out of the hubs, and the RPM arms are stronger anyways. Go RPM, you won't regret it. I haven't.

Like they've already said....RPM arms all the way. I have them on my LST, and haven't had one break yet.
