Man, it was a sweet! It was actually Monster Truck racing, not some 1/8th scale buggy track with nothing but Truggies! Truggies are fine, but they aren't Monster Trucks! The R/C vehicles there were Monster trucks! 99.9% had Monster size tires and wheels, no dished wheels, but actually deep style wheels with Terra type tires! I'm not knocking Buggy and Truggy racing, but its not for me, and its not Monster style racing to me either.

This track was a J course set up exactly like the World finals for Monster jam. It was such a refreshing change. All the Trucks were super nice, and the electrics guys were representing too! They were fast, fast! The freestyle was crazy and set up really nice! They're gonna do it again next year, only bigger and that came from Dennis Anderson's mouth! He was there and was really into it, especially the freestyle! I got pics, just haven't messed with them yet as I got back into town late cause we left there late Sat night, and went into Nag's Head and went on the Beach early Sunday morning and ran our truck there.
