How many cells can a 19t motor take?

I'm thinking of putting a Chameleon 2 19t or a Speedgems Xtreme 17t Dbl. in my boat What kind of voltage can they handle?

I think they are 540 size so the 19 turn can use 12 volts and 17 turn maybe 10 volts.
