Glow Plug

Hi i was wondering why i am going through glow plugs so fast in my miss bud. Am i running too lean? Also when the plug starts to turn brown does this mean it is worn out?

how is the motor temp? and if the mixture is to lean that may eat up the plug. and is the water cooling system working ?

Ya the water cooling system is working good, there is plenty of water comming out, the engine temp is good also.

One quick way to check. It does sound like it is runing lean but here's one way to find out. When you first fire it up, give the throttle a quick blip. If it revs up quickly, it's lean. You want it so there is a slight lag when you blip it.
