faskolor glow in the dark paint ?'s

hey gang, i jsut got some faskolor glow in the dark paint.my ? is they say cut it 5 parts to 1 part of the florecent color.so i do this like 5 drops of glow in the dark to 1 drop of the florecent color?any easy way of getting the correct mix?also after i get the mix,can i still use windex to cut it or rubbing alchoal??will this have a affect on the glow in the dark abilty's???has anybody used glow in the dark paint succesfully????
